Ahhhh, Hazel finally had her first real hair cut. I had trimmed the front before to keep it out of her eyes. This time the back was getting pretty ratty and so we had Tina, from Tina’s Hair Affair, in Lake George, NY trim it up for her. Tina does an amazing job with curls as she is a curly girl herslef. ! She takes very good care of Hazel when we come in. Thank you Tina! I love it when my little girl feels like the princess that she is! Yeah for being a family photographer and still taking pictures of my own family! 🙂

We are so blessed to have so many amazing schools in this area. With that comes MULTIPLE proms every weekend! Here’s our kick-off for an Adirondack school and students from a couple different schools including Fort Ann and Warrensburg. Have fun at these Proms everyone and PLEASE stay safe!
Our little farm girl! Just a reminder that children grow to fast!
I have a love/hate relationship with days like Mother’s Day. On the one hand I love the cute cards from my kids, on the other hand I hate that I expect them to be perfect because it’s mother’s day! Haha. There isn’t anything that makes me cry happy tears more then pictures of me and my kids. I love them! I also can’t really think of too many photos (any really) of my mother and I when I was young. I want to see her when she was doing what I’m doing now, struggling with young kids and loving it! 😉 As a tribute to my mother, and all mothers I have two amazing Mother’s Day ideas!
1) Mommy and me Mimi’s
2) An Illuminate Session for Mom and her Mom or sister, or BFF
Recieve a complimentary double makeover with your Mother’s Day Illuminate Session!
I don’t really like before and after pictures but I’ve got a few brave souls that let me take them so you can see how it feels to be part of an Illuminate Glamour Session.

Images of U Photography is the owner of a new baby! When we talk baby, we mean a new (to us) camera! I can’t even believe I didn’t upgrade sooner! I have so many things planned that I can now do with the greater capabilities of this camera. The weather was INCREDIBLE this evening so before we got in the car and went home from my in-laws farm the kids and I played with our new baby! The kids wanted to take pictures which was a little tricky because of the weight of the camera and lense but we just had fun with it and they did amazing! Enjoy the following craziness. I might have gone a bit overboard editing these pictures!
We did a gorgeous Illuminate U shoot this week. I am so unbelievably excited about the results. Here’s one I’ve been playing with. Can’t wait to show more. This quote just about sums up everything I’m shooting for (pun intended) with my Glamour sessions. I want women to feel empowered. I want them to see the true beauty they have. I want them to love being photographed and not fear it. I want to find the beauty within each amazing woman. I will be looking for more models for some big shoots coming up so stay tuned!
