I was asked if I could help out and document this years Walk to End Alzheimer’s. I was very happy to be able to volunteer my time. My Grandmother passed away from Alzheimer’s and it is currently affecting my other Grandmother as well. This is a cause very close to my heart. I was surrounded by loving and caring people. People that were working hard to do all they could for themselves, and their loved ones as well as all those who suffer the pain of this disease. What a blessing and an honor to have been a part of this day. It was freezing but it was a gorgeous day at the Glens Falls Civic Center. The infamous Adirondack fall color was pretty much at peak and the sun was shining in more ways than one!
