She was the Maid of Honor at a wedding we photographed a couple years ago. I remembered her as the girl who always laughed! When she reached out to me about her own wedding I was giddy! I knew it would be a blast! Laura and Josh were married at Jimbo’s Club at the Point in Brant Lake, NY. What a location and amazing lake venue! Josh and Laura picked a celebration that was an all inclusive weekend. For friends and family it was a weekend to come together and celebrate the joining of two lives–two families. Come, stay, play, celebrate, and laugh with us in Upstate New York. I think that sums up the wedding weekend, the wedding, and Josh and Laura.
Laura’s laugh is infectious and her smile exquisite! She is kind, funny, and loyal. When it was finally time to get her dress on Laura began to giggle. She smiled and laughed and bounced on her toes. She wasn’t nervous, she was ecstatic and thrilled to be marrying the love of her life! After getting the details of Laura’s amazing Essence of Australia dress from Lily Saratoga and her incredible flowers from family friend Mark Hayward we went to check on the guys. You never know exactly what you’ll find in the bachelor pad prep area. What we found was a supportive group of friends and a groom with the exact same excitement as his bride!
The day was perfect and these two couldn’t be more amazing. All day long I was floored by the incredible family and friends surrounding and supporting this new little family. These two have a foundation built for a lifetime of joy and happiness! At the risk of a corny analogy, I can’t wait to see what house they will build on this foundation!
This was the best flower first look ever! I think she likes them!

Love the smile and genuine excitement on Josh in these!
Ummm, sometimes I can’t handle the first look! I had to remind myself NOT to let Josh turn around early!
Perfect first look!
The best families ever! They were so kind, so fun, and so supportive all day! I didn’t hear complaining or fighting! They just loved and enjoyed celebrating together!
This was the FIRST suit EVER for Josh’s Dad so we had to document it!
Can we talk about these benches? I rustic wedding dream!
